AeroTek Mfg proudly hosted a personal visit by Whitby Mayor Elizabeth Roy at the company’s Whitby facility on February 4, 2025.
Ms. Roy was accompanied by her Senior Manager of Economic Development Strategic Initiatives Ms. Karol Murillo Corrigan to discuss AeroTek’s business and future outlook in light of current political and economic circumstances in Canada as well as south of the border in the U.S.
The Whitby Mayor and her senior advisor toured AeroTek’s facility to view the many capital investment improvements implemented by AeroTek in recent years.

New “Green” improvements include the new C$1.5M state-of-the-art wastewater treatment installation saving more than 250 households’ worth of water annually as well as creating a closed-loop system to recycle water used by the facility. Other improvements also include the new C$1M large-part environmentally friendly Zinc-Nickel electroplating and the large-part Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment adding more service/product offerings by AeroTek to its customers.
AeroTek provides a one-stop shop for metal finishing, whether in-house or out-sourced, to its customers in the aerospace, defence, nuclear and all industries worldwide.
